Taking a Podcast Pause; Self-Care

Solo episode

I’m taking a pause from the podcast. Not sure if it’s temporary or permanent.  COVID has been brutal, but it has given us opportunities to redefine what we value. I initially had thoughts of failure when I decided to take a break, but now I see it as an act of self-love. We all should have joy, laughter and creativity in our lives! I share how I’m working on getting back in balance, and I pose questions for you to reflect on to assess where you’re at. Thank you SO MUCH for being a listener! I am grateful.

    • If I do anything out of fear of lack (money, downloads, follows, engagement, clients) I’m perpetuating lack, and I’ll never know whether or not I can truly be me and have what I want.
      • When we’re not authentic in relationships—we hide our messy parts out of fear—we always have to pretend- we can’t settle into who we are
    • Actively thinking about what I want more of
